His skills revolve around CC removal, enhancing movement, and boosting team defense, making him a highly versatile and strategic hero. Let’s analyze and create four effective skill combo combinations to maximize his abilities in various combat situations.

Best Skill Combos for Zhuangzi

Combo 1:

Skill 1 (Kaleidoscope) Skill 2 (Sleep Starts) Basic Attack Skill 3 (Butterfly Effect)

  1. Skill 1: Kaleidoscope – Start by activating Kaleidoscope to slow down enemies in front of you with the dream butterflies. This slows enemies and makes it easier for your team to follow up or disengage.
  2. Skill 2: Sleep Starts – After slowing the enemies, use Sleep Starts to deal damage and increase your allies’ Movement Speed. As you keep hitting enemies, you’ll accumulate stacks, increasing the overall damage of Sleep Starts.
  3. Basic Attack – Follow up with a Basic Attack to deal some additional damage, especially if the enemies are trying to retreat.
  4. Skill 3: Butterfly Effect – Finally, use Butterfly Effect to shield and remove any crowd control effects from your teammates, allowing them to capitalize on the slowed and weakened enemies.

Combo 1 is a strong initiation or counter-engagement combo, focusing on debuffing enemies with slows and giving allies speed boosts and shields to control the flow of battle.

Combo 2:

Skill 3 (Butterfly Effect) Skill 1 (Kaleidoscope) Skill 2 (Sleep Starts) Basic Attack

  1. Skill 3: Butterfly Effect – Begin by removing crowd control from your teammates and giving them a shield to make sure they are safe from enemy disables before you engage.
  2. Skill 1: Kaleidoscope – Immediately follow up with Kaleidoscope to release dream butterflies, dealing damage and slowing the enemy team.
  3. Skill 2: Sleep Starts – Use Sleep Starts to increase your allies’ Movement Speed and deal extra damage, especially since the slow from Kaleidoscope will help land more hits.
  4. Basic Attack – Add Basic Attacks after the damage from Sleep Starts to continue pressuring enemies, particularly when they are slowed.

Combo 2 is a more defensive-to-offensive transition combo, perfect for saving teammates from dangerous situations and immediately countering with crowd control and damage.

Combo 3:

Skill 1 (Kaleidoscope) Basic Attack Skill 2 (Sleep Starts) Skill 3 (Butterfly Effect)

  1. Skill 1: Kaleidoscope – Start with Kaleidoscope to slow and damage enemies from a distance. The slow effect will make it harder for them to escape your upcoming damage.
  2. Basic Attack – Weave in Basic Attacks to maximize your damage output while the enemies are slowed.
  3. Skill 2: Sleep Starts – Once you’re in range, use Sleep Starts to damage enemies while speeding up your team, ensuring they can capitalize on your CC and chase down weakened enemies.
  4. Skill 3: Butterfly Effect – If your allies are facing incoming CC, use Butterfly Effect at the end of the combo to remove crowd control and shield them, allowing them to continue their offensive push safely.

Combo 3 is a balanced combo, good for both poking from a distance and protecting your team while adding utility with shields and CC removal.

Combo 4:

Skill 2 (Sleep Starts) Skill 3 (Butterfly Effect) Basic Attack Skill 1 (Kaleidoscope)

  1. Skill 2: Sleep Starts – Start by engaging with Sleep Starts, focusing on hitting as many enemies as possible to stack damage while also giving your team a speed boost to close the distance.
  2. Skill 3: Butterfly Effect – After engaging, use Butterfly Effect to remove crowd control from your team and provide shields. This gives them more sustain as they move in with the speed boost from Sleep Starts.
  3. Basic Attack – Add in Basic Attacks for extra damage while the enemies are under pressure from your skills.
  4. Skill 1: Kaleidoscope – Finish with Kaleidoscope, releasing the dream butterflies to slow enemies and deal more damage as they try to escape. This will allow your team to either finish off stragglers or reposition safely.

Combo 4 is a fast-paced initiation combo designed for quickly applying pressure on enemies, removing CC, and allowing your team to engage or retreat while Zhuangzi supports them with shields and slows.

General Combo Insights:

  1. Skill 1: Kaleidoscope is vital for initiating with crowd control. Its slowing effect sets up the rest of your combo and makes it harder for enemies to escape.
  2. Skill 2: Sleep Starts is both an offensive and supportive skill, providing damage while boosting ally Movement Speed. It's useful for both initiating fights and helping your team escape bad situations.
  3. Skill 3: Butterfly Effect is crucial for its CC removal and shield, making it a powerful tool for protecting allies during engagements or counter-engages.
  4. Basic Attacks can be used between skills to deal additional damage, especially when Zhuangzi’s passive is boosting Movement Speed and damage reduction.

These combos allow Zhuangzi to control the battlefield, protect his team, and deal damage effectively, making him a versatile support and mage in team fights or skirmishes.
